Cells are equipped with a 24 pallet, automatic shuttle system, full fourth axis, and 120 position tool changers. This system is perfect for hog out work in aluminum, steel, and titanium.

Our 5-Axis Machining Centers are perfect for small to large sized machined parts. With high spindle speeds up to 30,000 RPM, 40 and 50 taper rigidity, these machines are fast and efficient. Machines are equipped with automatic pallet systems to provide excellent flexibility for part and run sizes.

Long bed, high speed 4 and 5 axis machining centers (CNC SPAR MILLS) have established our position within the aircraft industry. These spar mills have 63 horsepower, a maximum feed rate of up to 2750 IPM, and up to 30,000 RPM spindles. Tool changes are very quick as well. Whether from plate or extrusion, these mills perform to exact standards up to 34 feet.
